We recommend booking a cake tasting with Brian as a couple, to sample your preferred flavours and to discuss your vision for your cake design.
Brian offers a special cake tasting appointment for you both to discuss your vision and sample the extensive options for flavours and fillings.

Private consults are available at our premises at Ballymote, Co Sligo. €50 consultation fee is charged prior to a booking being made.
Where possible we ask couples to bring as much information regarding their cake including any photos, colour schemes etc.
We recommend booking your wedding date with us as soon as you have set your wedding, as certain periods of the year book up quickly, summer especially.
A deposit is required to secure your date. This can be payed in various methods please contact us to discuss payment options.
